Frequently Asked Questions

Here you will find the most common questions I have been asked over the years. Please feel free to contact me if you still have questions though!

How do I purchase a puppy?

When will my puppy be able to come home?

That's the best question ever! As I previously mentioned, I don’t allow anyone to visit my pups before they are 6 weeks old. This is for health reasons only. Puppies are fragile. When I have a litter, I almost always have a list of future buyers that I will reach out to first. I’ll send them pictures and details of the litter before sharing with the public. Some buyers are comfortable seeing pictures and placing deposits, while others may want to wait until they can visit firsthand after 6 weeks. Either way is fine, but keep in mind once pictures are open to the public there is always the possibility that I’ll get deposits for each pup before they are 6 weeks of age.

If this happens, I will gladly add you to the list of customers to contact when the next litter is born. If I do have pups available after 6 weeks, then you’re welcome to meet them and place a deposit.

What's the difference between AKC and Pet Home Only?

All pups will be sold with Full AKC Rights unless listed otherwise. At my discretion, certain pups can be purchased as Pet Home only.
Full AKC gives the new owner full breeding rights of the puppy. Pet Home only means the puppy is to be purchased strictly as a companion. The new owner will never have breeding rights to the pup.

What is the price range for Bulldogs?

A lot is factored into the price of a puppy. Colors, DNA, certain genetics, etc. You should expect to pay anywhere from $1800 - $6000 depending on rights and puppy.

I will not separate babies from their mommas until they are old enough and ready. Usually at 8 weeks pups are ready to go home, but not every puppy is the same. As an experienced breeder I know when a pup is good to go and when they may need more time. If your pup is 8 weeks and has cleared my assessment (eating hard food, has regular bowl movements, etc) then we will discuss a pickup location, day and time.

If your pup is 8 weeks old and has not cleared my assessment (not gaining weight, irregular bowls, etc) then I will inform you of what my end goals are, how I'm approaching the issue and when I expect the pup to be ready. I will NEVER send home a puppy that is not 100% ready.

What should I expect upon receiving my puppy?

Lots of cuddles and puppy kisses of course!
Along with that, I will give you a personalized "goodie-bag". I like to included a blankey that has familiar smells, it's favorite toy, and a bag of the current pup food. This is all intended to help the pup transition comfortably.

I will also give you a folder that contains AKC papers, a birth certificate, health guarantee contract and documentation of your pups weekly weight gain, shots, wormer and clear vet check from birth to current date.

Are the puppies microchipped?

You may request for your puppy to be microchipped and I will most certainly have it done prior to pick up.
